On May 9 2010, Armenian Virtual College hosted the AGBU Alex and Marie Manoogian School of Detroit. The senior students of the school visited Armenia with the school principle Hosep Torosian and the teacher of Armenian Language, Literature and History Anahit Tumajian. The guests were greeted by the Academic Director of AVC Hasmik Khalapyan, and then took a tour in the AVC departments. Marina Khachaturyan gave a presentation on AVC.
